Notice for Diabetic Patients
We have been informed by the Medicines Healthcare products Regulatory Agency that diabetic patients should only use devices that have been recommended or prescribed for them by their diabetes specialist. Not to stop or change their prescribed insulin management regime without seeking the advice of their diabetes specialist and to contact their specialist if they are invited by a manufactuer to trial a new device e.g. via social media
Vision Online is migrating to a new site called Patient Services
If you are yet to use the new system please login in as you normally would on Vision Online. You will then be taken to the new site and asked to complete your recovery details
If your account has already migrated please carry on using Patient Services as normal

Parking spaces can be found at the rear of the building, however these spaces are limited. It is imperative that you enter your FULL CAR REGISTRATION details into the touch screen terminal located at our reception desk, this qualifies you for 1.5hrs FREE PARKING. This will need to be done EVERY TIME you use our car park.
Failure to do so will result in a PARKING CHARGE of £70, which will then be reduced to £40 if paid within 14 days.
The surgery is unable to deal with queries regarding penatly notices. You will need to contact PARKING EYE directly in order to appeal
There are several designated disabled parking bays for patients at the rear of the building, with a lift for accessibility into the practice.
A hearing loop is also fitted at reception for the hard of hearing.
