Patient Access is available to ALL our registered patients.  Once registered, you can request your repeat prescription online.

Your details and information are protected by the highest standards of online security, so all you need to worry about is what to do with the spare time you’ve earnt.

Repeat Requests

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat medication by ticking items required on the slip that accompanied their previous prescription.

How to order repeat medication:

  • Handing a request form to our Receptionist or our letter box outside
  • Asking your local pharmacy to request your prescription for you
  • Post
  • Via online services
  • Via  our online form

Please note that we cannot accept prescription requests over the telephone as a matter of law.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays for further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
