Repeat Prescriptions

We are no longer accepting medication requests via the telephone

Please be aware that we cannot accept any medication requests over the telephone. This rule has been put in place by the doctors and our reception staff must abide by it. 

See below the following ways to order your prescription:

• Register for an online account
• Email your request to us here
• Contact your pharmacy (they can request on your behalf)
• Leave your paper request in our letter box (outside, on the side of the building)
• Post 
• Companies such as Pharmacy 2 You

We understand that this may frustrate you, but please bear in mind that our receptionist are following regulations and cannot deviate from this.
